Two-Day Introduction Course This Introduction course will teach you the basics of risk management and good decision making, while introducing you to the technique and methodology that you need to get started, such as, rolling, paddling strokes, advanced paddling strokes, and river running skills. Take the Intermediate Two-Day Course to continue progressing to the advanced level.
The Half Day Intermediate lesson focuses, like the Full Day Intermediate, on general river skills and concepts. In this lesson, we'll spend time on class II-III whitewater working on making your paddling more efficient and enjoyable. This course is designed for the paddler who wants to feel more comfortable running and playing in class II-III whitewaterand see their paddling technique mature. We'll focus on river reading, river running, and river safety skills, but will also spend time developing playboating skills and concepts.
